Saturday is the premiere of the new Herheim/Barenboim Lohengrin at Staatsoper in Berlin. Both René Pape and Burkhard Fritz cancelled, and in came Kwanchul Youn and Klaus Florian Vogt.The last weeks have been pretty hectic at Staatsoper, it seems.
