Tristan und Isolde at Glyndebourne on DVD

Although this DVD has an Isolde who looks and acts more like a serial killer than a woman someone would fall in love with, and has basically the same set for three acts, very cold, static and unemotional acting by the protagonists, this is a must DVD for Wagnerians with a budget to buy their third DVD of Tristan und Isolde.For the first two, my choice is Peter Konwitschny's production from Munich
